H1B and EAD simultaneous Jobs
I am on h1 and hold a job… and I married to a citizen and got a EAD. I had another job on EAD but the EAD expired and no response from uscis. so wondering should I revoke H1? since I think if GC get denied I can continue h1 and go thru i140 route. let me know if this will be a problem??

why did you not file for EAD extension when you had time? I don’t think you can rely on answers coming from here. reach out to an attorney. this can be tricky.

extension filed before 11 months but still no progress even called Uscis
