Happy Thanksgiving for everyone, but this othe worst for me. from Labor certificate until now. The long process totally destroyed my health and life! I can not work, can not visit family and right now my family can not support me anymore! The dream to be in USA make me suffer too much! I did not expect this long! I feel sad when I saw other people get green card honestly because I am already exhausted! If they can not process faster, I would be forced to give up!
i know it is bad to compare my case to other people, and I did not want to end up to compete that who wait the longest to make me feel I could keep waiting!
I know if I give up, all time would just be wasted, but my life, health and smile can not be destroyed by USCIS!! i have sacrificed too much. I am alone in Thanksgiving and would be alone in Christmas as well! Current does not mean anything anymore, maybe I need to wait longer than others. who know? only until you get green card!
online case status not updated after sending RFE
I sent back the RFE on Oct 4 and based on the tracking number is was delivered on Oct 5th.
I sent it to "2200 Potomac center dr, stop 2425 VA" as requested, but it says it was delivered to "CAPITOL HEIGHTS, MD".
Also, the case is still not updated, and the status is "Request for initial evidence sent" (50 days).
Has anyone had a similar situation?
I tried contacting a live agent from the call center and no word combination works. #ead #i765 #rfe
been waiting for so long, last time I send a service request they responded that my background check remains open!!!

EAD April filers @ NBC
My PD is April 1 at National Benefit Center and I still haven't received my EAD. Yet I'm seeing that people with PD up to 27 April have already got approved. Are they just skipping some files or what? It seems their processes are just random and they don’t really diligently follow an order in their system. It’s frustrating to wait that long and not being able to work because some people who work wouldn’t just do their job as they should.
Is that anyone from April that are still waiting?

I-130 expedite request
After 4 expedite request, I got this response from California service center after the recent request;
“According to our records, your Form I-130 petition has been placed on a temporary processing hold while requisite security checks remain ongoing. Such measures are mandatory for all petitions, irrespective of the benefit sought. Regrettably, delays are sometimes unavoidable due to the high volume of petitions received and the number of checks conducted. As such, we are unable to consider a request for expedited processing while security checks are in process.”
Please, does anyone know what this means?

i130 has been in actively reviewed since October 8 2021.
i130 has been in actively reviewed since October 8 2021. and on my receipt notice it says my case is in Nebraska but when I asked Emma it said it’s in Potomac service center and when I asked if it has been transferred to Potomac it said that no it has been in Potomac the whole time, so I’m so confused which timeline should I look at.
