no it normally takes more than 13 years .check the processung time in their website and also the visa bulletin .im a son of us citizen and already 7 years and nothing in hand yet 🙋‍♂️

longest wait times f4 visas. 12 to 15 years, see if you can expedite. but no guarantees that will work, f4 is what it is for MOST cases.

My brothers I-130 was approved after 9 years. Now the wait for the visa bulletin to become current….which is 7 more years to go.

depending upon the country you are bringing family from it takes from 123.5 months to 160 months long time for family to be together. l have been waiting 2 years for my brother, no information from immigration in that time. it's a system that is faulty and needs upgrading.
