that's not true. IOE only means that the petition was filed online. it has no effect on the pace of your case. I had an IOE receipt number for my EAD renewal. it wasn't approved faster.

all these are lies. those has nothing to do with decisions that are made about cases.

I have believed the same about this platform, and I agree with you, rudeness shouldn't have a place here especially since most of us who answer to others go out of our ways to do so and try to help as best as we possibly can. it is unfortunate that some not just show gratefulness from the help from one another but also choose rudeness in their answers. as you said we are here to network and help each other mentally as we all know the waiting game with USCIS and it not a fun one. like you and many I have had the pleasure to interact with, I wish there were less rudeness from some on this platform, and it is definitely not the first time I see this happening.

@Anastasia my case November 1, 2019. not a word from immigration in that time. it's a system that is backlogged and will take time to catch up. case files are being transferred from one service center to another in hopes to catch up. l research this daily l found USCIS now has a YouTube site and has posted videos on processing times/embassy openings for various cases. go to YouTube, look for us 'US Immigration Updates', then find the main box that says subscribe (subscribe if you wish) hit the drop down arrow there are several videos in there, watch them to seek what you are looking for. it really is a waiting game now.

@a a - IOE is online filing of immigration forms to begin the Immigration process.

MIine with IOE with March 2020 for Naturalization only biometrics in April 2021 but nothing since then waiting waiting and waiting no updates only stereotype reply.
