anybody knows what’s being processed right now in Nebraska? I’m early EB April filer (already 8 months waiting) and no update aside from having biometrics done in July

typographical error
My lawyer mess up my document between me and my friend until my l-140 was approve, but the name is my friend's name because we work at the same restaurant, apply at the same time, with the same lawyer. She tried to send the right one to correct the document but we still didn't get the answer from the uscis. The uscis say they has begun working on my case again. This case was 01/18/2018. I try to check from the application but still didn't get the answer until now. I just want to know it still have chance for the process or not. It has been a long time since 01/2018 until now. The uscis just said they has begun working on my case agian. Has anyone been this situation.

Typo error in name
I recently got my EAD. However there was a mistake in my name. I had filled an e-request on USCIS website for correction. Does anyone knows how long this takes to be corrected and am I suppose to return the misspelled was card
