should we bring documents twice?

we have an Interview in 3 weeks. we sent the documents to uscis for the proof of marriage such marriage certificate original, birth certificates, picture, letters, lease, bank accounts etc. however we were asked to bring that to the in person appointment. we don’t have the marriage certificate anymore cause we sent them the original? do we need to take those documents we already submitted to the appointment ?

My i765 says new card is been produce, and my i131 is still pending does this mean I’ll get a combo card with advanced parole or will it be jst a EAD please help need to know .?????

I check my case I-140. It show USCIS receive date of my case on 10/22/2020 and the estimated time range 8.0 Months to 13.5 Months. It can be true during this estimate time or more than that. Can anyone tell me about this case ? Thank you so much for your opinion

hi everyone, is there anyone from San Francisco who filed for n400 in 2020 and still waiting??? I filed in November 2020, it’s been more than a year and still my profile says case received, no biometric, nothing. is there anyone whose case has been approved or still in the same boat, I’m really frustrated right now.

Question about 90 days rule

Hello All, I would like some advice from all of you who went through similar experiences or have an idea. My wife has been studying in the US for the last ten years as a F-1 student. I met her during the pandemic and decided to get married. She got accepted to graduate school and had to get a new visa over this summer. So we went out overseas during the summer and came back then got married on the paper few days after. Ive heard that this would create a problem. I thought it would be okay since she was a student for a long time and we didnt really have any plans but just wanted to get legally married first. So we consulted our lawyer and she said it would be best for us to do our interview back home in Korea. We recently submitted our documents, which was after 90days after we came back although the lawyer said it wont really matter anymore. We got our receipt within a week saying that the case is processing. Does anyone have similar experience regarding the 90 day rule?

269 days and counting!!

The whole EAD process is frustrating me, as I am sure it is for others, for myself it’s a renewal and I just don’t know why there is such a delay. The biometrics were applied in March 2021 from my first application (which I got in 12 weeks in May 2020!!) and I haven’t heard anything - with exception of 2 denied expedite requests due to severe financial loss. Common sense would say these are the easiest and quickest to process….,,,, They seem to be rejecting all EAD expedite requests at TSC at the moment, which makes me wonder what the point of them is - they are only accepting ‘emergent situations’…… Has there been any EAD - renewal or new from TSC approved recently? I saw one at 342 days which would put me in line for January 12th. Has anyone gone over 12 months or has it all been within 12 months? Has anyone at this stage ever been rejected for an EAD? My I485 is also current, filed in February 2020….. I140 approved in September 2020. Frustrated.

i just received my EAD card on my attorney address, i dont know if the SSN will be mailed on my attorney address or mine ? and when should I expect it as no tracking number for it thx

Driver license while I-485 and I-765 pending?

Hello Guys Hope y’all doing great I have an interesting question, Can you make a driver license while your case is pending? my PD for I-485 is June 09, 2021. (National Benefits Center) my biometric was July 12, 2021 And my PD for I-765 is July 15, 2021 ( NBC) I just want to know if you can have a Driver license while I-485 is pending. Thanks
