Case I 140
I check my case I-140. It show USCIS receive date of my case on 10/22/2020 and the estimated time range 8.0 Months to 13.5 Months. It can be true during this estimate time or more than that. Can anyone tell me about this case ? Thank you so much for your opinion

@komson... It can be true or not... but on the 14th months, you can make the inquiry about the case because it's outside the processing normal.

@Bayno Parker. Thank you so much. because my case is typographical and my lawyer tries to sent the right one to correct since 01/18/2018. But I try to contact and check my case before until I just check again. And I saw from the app USCIS show receive date on 10/22/2020. That's the cause of my question. Thank you so much for your answer

@Natasha Win. Yes, but this is the one to correct after my lawyer sent the wrong name to USCIS since 01/2018 until 10/2020 just show USICIS receive the correct to begin to work on my case again. Thank you so much for your opinion

@Natasha Win I just have the news from this app....it says The USCIS take my case to do it now. And this app say at most not over 14 days. And I have some question. I apply for AOS and I didn't get the combo card to re-entry but I come back to my original country because my mom was sick. And my friend said my card will automatic cancel.
