has anyone got his removal proceedings terminated and asked the uscis local office to request his file from dhs to adjudicate it ?
the immigration judge terminated my removal proceedings 4 months ago because i have i130 approval and i485 pending with uscis
3 months ago i had infopass appointment with uscis and i gave them the termination letter and they gave form to fill it out so they can request my file to adjudicate
they told me its going to take up to 60 days to receive something from them and if I didn’t i make another infopass and come back to them but I didn’t receive anything
I called uscis again and they gave me emergency infopass appointment and the local office told me to wait another 60 days which one month passed and still didn’t receive anything….
my lawyer said it can take 3 months and this is the fastest way instead of sending the termination letter to the service center which already 3 months passed and got nothing
i talked to another lawyers some says gonna take from 4 to 6 months some says one year!!!!
has anyone been thru these proceedings before to tell me the actual time for uscis to receive my file from dhs ??
and is there a better route i can take faster than this route ?

anyone had any movements? i filed on May 7th 2020 and now i am waiting for interview scheduling. current processing time shows they are processing may 2nd 2020. do i expect to have my interview in 5 days? this is getting nerve wrecking. any input is appreciated #n400

I 485 Expedite Request Denied
I did an expedite request of my EAD I 765 due to a job offer and economic hardship back a month ago, still waiting for evidence request. Called USCIS and also spoke to Emma, according to them case is taking longer than expected, be patient they told me.
Today I got an update from Lawfully saying that my I485 expedite requested that I had never asked for was denied. Can this be an error ? I765 status stills with expedite request been received.

Just got an interview notice! yaay
I just opened lawfully and it turns out we've been scheduled for an interview. We're waiting for the mail to come in. I'm really surprised. I didn't expect an interview anytime soon. Could it be next month or January?

EAD TPS Venezuela
I filed I-765 on May 10 and I-821 separately on March 31. I got My TPS approved on September 21 and got the approval notice by mail.
I still haven’t got any news on my EAD application.

hello guys I have a question !
I had to submit some payments to nvc and it showed I could make the payments with my debit card. i went with my lawyer and he said it was better if I had him make the payments… and he charged me for making Those payments for me… I wonder if I could of just made the payments myself and the lawyer just wanted my money..
