It is 11/30/2021 today and I am still waiting. Nothing has changed or moved for my I-485 since August 2020 which was biometrics applied. Every time I contact them "case is being processed".
January 8th 2022 will be the max processing time of 21 months total which is a month and couple days from now
PD - April 8th 2020, SC - NBC, FO - NC CLT

still no new updates. have submitted two service requests, one was responded to saying that theyre backed up due to covid. the second one was supposed to be responded to withint 30 days and those 30 days are up so i reached out to an agent and they said they advise submitting another one. i also scheduled for a tier 2 agent to call me back, we’ll see how this goes. case has been under active review since dec 2020. this wait is insane

I also would like to help out financially anyone who needs the help. I can't do much but alittle can go along way, whenever I can spare a $50 or $100 a week I will. I am grateful that thru this whole process, I am able to work and start the launch of my online business. Being apart of this community gives me hope daily. I am not sure how but maybe someone can suggest how I could assist anyone with money for like food or clothing etc.
Class Action - EAD
It seems there has been a class action formed of 49 plaintiffs and three immigration firms to tackle the obscene backlog of EAD’s - filed 8th November.
Not sure what the outcome will be, but someone has had enough and is taking action on something that is meant to take 120 days at most.
$410 to wait in some cases 20 months.
