I-485 & I-130
It is 11/30/2021 today and I am still waiting. Nothing has changed or moved for my I-485 since August 2020 which was biometrics applied. Every time I contact them "case is being processed". January 8th 2022 will be the max processing time of 21 months total which is a month and couple days from now PD - April 8th 2020, SC - NBC, FO - NC CLT Any feedback?

Marley I'm pretty sure when your EAD has 209 day's they gonna send your card. you should contact Emma and talk with a live agent or contact your congressman

Hi Marley, please spend more time preparing for the coming interview. it’s more disturbing when after the wait and you now have to wait again for a case review which most time lead to a stokes interview

@C C as you can see, it’s been a really long time waiting for this case. I’ve already prepared for the interview with all this time being available. At this current time I’m questioning if I’ll even get an interview as this is ridiculous

Im in the same situation. I submitted my case on May 2020 and had biometrics on August 2020. After that, nothing has happened. I heard that cases submitted on April and May 2020 got pushed back for some reason. which is upsetting because cases filed after ours are having priority. What is your field office?

@Pau Mee that’s very ridiculous to me. Have you done anything to try and get answers? You’re approaching your max processing time aren’t you? FO - NC Charlotte
Pau MeeNov 30, 2021
yes, I have contact USCIS a couple of times but they just say that there is nothing to do. my lawyer can’t do anything because I’m still within the normal processing time. (23.5 months) but before it was 21.5 months. they keep extending the processing times.

Oh same. I’m currently 21 months which will arrive January 8 2022 as the max processing time and I’m pretty sure nothing will happen in January and I’ll have to submit a case inquiry
Pau MeeNov 30, 2021
yes. the situation is complicated. hopefully something happens before there. Good luck!
