Expedite Request
Hi everybody. I do have pending application as appeared with Nov 2020 as PD and we just finished our biometrics last month. I now received a letter from USCIS requesting for medical paperwork which we are going to complete very soon. I am being petitioned as RN. My question is can I request to expedite my papers so I can help with the pandemic? if I try to request, how and where? thank you!

Expedite I-765 AOS based on marriage to a IS citizen
Hello everyone,
my attorney is about to file an expedite request for my I-765. I am a COVID ICU nurse. The job offer I have is in a hospital that’s severely short staffed on a Covid ICU. Because the hospital is so short staffed on nurses, they gave me a January 3rd start date and specified on my job offer that I might lose my job offer if I cannot start on that day.
Is this a good reason to expedite EAD? will it be likely to be approved? thanks!
