@simone souza I did check it says my case was received on 4th June 2021. am I at d begging of d visa process or in d middle since I got notice of action from USCIS?

you just have to wait and check your status .. we don't know where we are coz there's lots of other people before you waiting..

you are at middle. this process now are taking around 8 , 9 months to be approved or get a RFE

@simone OMG thank God I'm in d middle now its been 3 years since I applied for this visa I even tot I'm still at d beginning or standing still

Simone Souza I think she's just playing ... or if she's serious then maybe 3 years coz she told me She and her fiance never met in person.. so there less chance of getting approved

oh wow they need prove why they never meet each other in person. if the cause is religious rules maybe have a chance

@simone he has disability and he submitted evidence he has muscle dystrophy which doesn't allow him to come meet me

ok I understand if you guys send all proves that your relationship is real and his health condition, that will be fine. But it's hard to know until they send a response. just pray to God, cause by God nothing is impossible

first year I was told trump wunt let me in second time I was told d lawyer been lying to us so we had to change lawyer third time they said covid 19 slowing things down now 4th time they said USCIS received my form they sent notice of action

Aisha you case I can see is very hard. I don't know your country and have this very difficult health situation of your fiance. noa 2 means NOTICE OF ACTION 2 . there will be saying if they approved or denied your case. or also they can ask for you guys for more evidence of relationship. your case is very atypical but like I said for God nothing is impossible

Aisha unfortunately, in some countries they are more difficult to get approved for fiancee visas because of the high number of fraud. Like I said, if you've sent in enough evidence that he can't go to you for medical or religious reasons there might be a much harder chance of approval. But nothing is impossible
