really? so you can potentially get the date without getting the “interview has been scheduled “ ? how did you get it the information again?

oh no, my status has just changed to “interview has been scheduled” this morning but the status change does not actually tell you the date and time, it says to await the appointment notice. however while you await the notice in the mail, you can ask a live agent.

thank you guys. I seem to have a problem reaching an agent! every time I’m on the phone it never really connects me to an agent how do I bypass the automated system?

I asked Emma, got connected to a chat with an agent who gave me my date/time for the interview. just tell them you need to know as soon as possible so you can request time off work.

ah yes that can be annoying. have you tried chatting with emma on the USCIS website. you Just ask to “speak to live agent” and get connected.

i didnt have to provide any reasoning, just asked and was given the info.

@M R call them and say InfoPath you'll definitely get to an agent.

go on your account check on the area that says documents from there you'll be able to find it..That's how I found mine
