i did put in a few inquiries and never received anything back from them.

March 2020- June 2020 are just hopeless cases. I applied in March 2020, I am outside of processing times. nothing is happening.

@marie - did you put in for outside of processing? still nothing? this is absurd. i am sure alot of us are going through the same but there must be a way to expedite these processes. we have waited 7 years for this day and still nothing.

@R j - what did they reply? everytime i call them, they tell me the same thing that i can already see online. lol.

I have put in outside normal processing times and contacted AOC- received a generic response about COVID for both. i have reached out to the ombudsman and they have 90 days to reply so I hope that does something.

what happened to cases from march 2020-may 2020? was it just because of covid?

my husband case was april 2020 and still nothing!

its insane… my mom applied jan 2021 and she already has her interview scheduled. i called uscis today and they said because i requested expedite request 2 times (which i never did.. i requested regular case inquiries), they said the officers pull out the file and then keep it in a random order back.. LIKE SERIOUSLY? lol..

ugh that’s annoying if true. but also isn’t this all digital? i don’t understand how certain files are stuck when filed online

beats me completely. the excuses they have is phenomenal

i spoke to a tier 2 officer today. guess what? “you have to wait as the case is still pending” no shit.. lol anyone here tried writs of mandamus?

shocking. this waiting game is getting frustrating now. after so many inquiries and calls. no response. they have not even sent me a single mail for any of the inquiries.
