mine too fingerprints reused but still says case was received submitted June

I have the same as well…my Pd is August 2021 and the sent me a mail saying my fingerprint will be reused.but online it says case was received

what location where u at before they moved to nbc? I noticed cases around me (feb 2021) have been saying ‘ready to interview’ since may 2021 but a lot don’t require interviews

hey guys I read the uscis ombudsman report in regards to 751 cases. Its actually very detailed in regards to 751 cases. Basically interviews are only for cases rfe can’t solve and need further clarification. They prefer to send out rfe over interviews due to the fact it’s much quicker than interviewing people. It basically says 30% of cases are fraud marriages but only 1% get denied where they can prove fraud for 751 (that number used to be 2%) . It also says 751 cases aren’t their priority at this time because we have legal status and can apply for citizenship so they are more concerned with EAD, intial green cards etc. There is also a bubble chart that explains their internal process. If you’ve had your application at a service center without being moved for a while now chances are it’s in a pile waiting to be processed

yes pretty much, just google ‘uscis ombudsman report l-751’ and scroll down to page 24. Its on the www.dhs.gov page and there is a chart explaining who is getting called for interviews etc The report was sent to Congress 4 months ago? seems pretty accurate
