File a Writ of Mandamus (suing) with a lawyer
Nickon zabraNov 27, 2021
kay law how it work mandamus?
fnu atNov 27, 2021
@Nickon zabra: what do you mean?
Nickon zabraNov 27, 2021
i asked kay law @ about mandamus (suing) how can I do it ?
fnu atNov 27, 2021
@Ezy: I don't have any bad background except my spouse does who is us citizen.
Ezy .Nov 27, 2021
@fnu ; that could be the cause for the delay i suspect...they're probably running a further background check on your spouse regardless of he/she being a US citizen, infact it interest them most when a citizen. At this moment I can only wish you the best of luck as these guys tend to be notoriously slow when running background check.

I think USCIS doesnโt care for 2018 cases cos it makes no sense
kay lawNov 28, 2021
@Nickon. When a Writ of Mandamus is filed with a lawyer thats them forcing the hand of uscis to make a decision on your case, it works 100% of the time and most times it leads to an approval in which they have 60days to respond. Your lawyer can either threaten a Mandamus and in most times it leads to USCIS giving an approval or update your case rather than getting the court involved or seeing a judge. If they don't reply within 60days, it is then transferred to the courts. From there on the Judge will decide your fate and more than likely will approve. I wish most immigrants know about this route/path than sitting and let them get away with so much.
