I recently got my EAD. However there was a mistake in my name. I had filled an e-request on USCIS website for correction. Does anyone knows how long this takes to be corrected and am I suppose to return the misspelled was card

hi everyone,
I want to learn more about other people experiences who got married within the 90 day after your last arrival.
I have been living in the US for a while.. before on a J1 visa, then I went back home and visited on B1 visa. then I moved back on a F1 visa. In 2011 I met my wife but we didn’t dated until in 2020. we dated for 6 months before we got engaged and then traveled in December 2020 to my home country for Christmas so she can meet my family. we got back in Jan 13 and got married in Jan 30 but just the civil. we had our religious wedding jn April, 2021 which is when my family and friends came for the wedding (it was a pretty big wedding). :)
anyhow, we submitted our application two months later of our civil ceremony in Jan 30. We arrived in Jan 13… so we got married and applied for greencard before the 90 days. I have had a long history with my wife before we even dated and got engaged. I am not sure if anyone had a similar situation like me…. I would like to learn more about your experience.

Biometrics appointment i485/i765 finally received (USCIS received date 7 Dec 2020) at Texas
Some good news received in the post today …Woohoo - a step close to getting our employment docs. We received our biometrics appointment …for 13 Dec 2021.
…Then, hopefully, the actual employment authorisation docs should come through a few weeks after that! Fingers crossed - that would be a great Xmas pressie!
My employment based AoS was filed con-currently (i485, i131, i140 and i765) at Texas (SRC). After 2 denied expedite requests and a non-helpful service request - this is small step forward but I’m doing a little happy dance!! The biometric appointment is at the Raleigh/Morrisville NC application support centre/field office.

is Priority Date the “Application Filed Date” on Lawfully?
I have just received my receipt for the I-485 which says that it was received in November. However, my priority date is in August as that is when I filed my I-130 separately. When adding the I-485 case to lawfully it’s asking for a “Application filed date”. Is that the Priority date or the received date. thanks!

ead renewal - anyone approved?
