i130 has been in actively reviewed since October 8 2021. and on my receipt notice it says my case is in Nebraska but when I asked Emma it said it’s in Potomac service center and when I asked if it has been transferred to Potomac it said that no it has been in Potomac the whole time, so I’m so confused which timeline should I look at.

interview not scheduled after a long time
Hello people, my processing date was March 4, 2021, although I filed in Brooklyn, NY, I moved to Queens, and changed my address in June. I have seen people in the same Queens office that filed in April get scheduled for interview, but here I am still waiting for interview. my question is to know if changing address delays interview scheduling, and if it does; how long more do I have to wait? Thank you.

Hello Family: Today I got an online update that Request for Initial Evidence “RFIE” was sent on my I485 EB2-NIW. I will know what it relates to once I get the physical letter but just wondering what USCIS might be needing at this later stage of my GC process. FYI SERVICE CENTRE CHANGE
FYI to everyone. If you haven’t already done so, speak with a live agent to see if your service centre has changed. This whole time I thought I was with Potomac and it turns out I was transferred to Texas. Meaning my estimated wait time has significantly decreased, which is a big deal when all you do all day is sit around and wait. It could bring some hope to you if anything at all :)
However, we were also told by the live agent that our wait time is 26 - 33.5 months for I-130 for US Citizen spouse. But what’s posted online is 10.5-13.5 months. Which is correct? I’m really hoping that the agent was mistaken.
Vawa I-360: Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
I have filed VAWA I-360 on 01/27/2021 and I-485 was pending with NBC from 04/01/2020.
On November 5, 2021, we transferred your Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant.
Now case status : Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction.
Case transferred from Vermont Service Center to Texas Service Center.
I-485 is also transferred from NBC to Texas Service Center.
Now both the forms are in Texas Service center.
1. Is this normal process or it will be delayed more time.
I did expedite EAD card in Oct and they processed my EAD card within 3 days and then transferred my both case into Texas. I knew Vermont will process VAWA only and then NBC will process I-485 .
2. Why both forms now in Texas ?
Any advice will be great helpful .

went to my interview 11/18. according to the officer their system was down. some cases are paper others are digital. My case happens to be digital and the officer wasn’t able to access my file during the interview. I asked to be re scheduled since she wasn’t able to access ny file but she said no. She proceeded to ask a few questions and then said we were done. She said she couldn’t do anything with my case at the moment due to the system not working. We asked what we should expect and she said to just wait. She also mentioned we can’t inquire for 180 days. Anyone have a similar situation?
