I’m in the same boat. I sent my Rfe for birth certificate and other things on Oct 15 and still waiting to hear back from uscis 😔it’s stressful waiting

it took them 72 days after I responded to rfe and today they give me denied they said its not right and today i found out that my lawyer didn’t do the right form for tge rfe and i dont know what should i do should i refile or should i do Motion to reopen if you guys can help me

@ Tom D - you should definitely refill happened to me and I reopened it and it was denied I had to refill it 😒

my RFE about sponsor any when my lawyer did the paperwork she did it wrong so now i got denied and I don’t know if i ahould reopen or refile i think if i reopen and send the them back the forms corect they will forgive me what you guys think

hopefully an approval since it’s just those and if it’s in another language you have to submit English and foreign language
