Case moved to new jurisdiction and new office has your case
my friend got this update. he filed 765/131 in May this year. anyone know what it is ? letter from uscis not clearly telling why they moved or how much more time it will take. bio already done. TIA

Because of backlogs it might be moved to ease office workload. Happens a lot

Other reasons may include application being sent to wrong office, applicant moved to different state under different jurisdiction, particular office running interviews for specific applicant categories

@Sofie, thank you for your help. no application was sent to correct office. most likely it is due to backlog. Vermont known to be very slow for EAD
@Reeva they did not mentioned anything. just a letter thats it.
@CC it is vawa so they wont give details online or over the call.

@ C C my bad, i asked my friend. his receipts said moved to Vermont center. god give him strength for the delay that he need to wait for his EAD 😬😬😬
