RFIE for something I already submitted
I received a request for initial evidence for my birth certificate but I already sent a photocopy of it in with my original packet (and I know they got it because it’s in the scanned documents on my online USCIS account). It’s in English, it’s the long form version. Should I just resend it? Has anyone else experienced this?

feel frustrated
I really don’t get it why Nebraska Service center process cases so slow! 30 days you should hear from us, and another 30days again and again. looked like only 1 or 2 officers to process I-765 and only 1 or 2 officers process I-485 a day. waiting month and another month, refusing expedit request again and again, and processing time longer and longer!
I wish every next month that I can see hope, but I only can see despair. Backlong is not a problem. The problem is USCIS never take their jobs seriously! If they know people’s life rely on them, they should work harder and be responsible for their works! However, right now, I only can see a lot of excuses to disguse their careless and inability.
We are not citizen or PR yet, but we are human and we are alive. We need to work to live, need to visit family/friends and plan our future.
Right now there is nothing we can do, so many rules we need to follow, but did USCIS does their jobs done yet?
The answer is no!
when waiting green card in this moment, the life is suddenly blank and you also suffer anxiety, stress and depression!
No EAD no work, and the life cost raise up because the price goes up for necessities right now! And we still follow the rules and keep ourselves legally and struggle about money!
When can this dark hole and nightmare go away?
who can let those USCIS officers experience what is the taste to be in the hard time like now?
It is really tired and miserable because they never can understand the feeling and we still need to force ourselves to enjoy this unfair situation!
1-485 & 1-130
has anyone heard back? I’ve gotten my work permit and now I’m just waiting for my appointment but I feel like it’s taking forever.

interview location
my interview got scheduled from my old address in chicago. I'm in Kentucky now and I'm willing to make the trip to chicago for the interview. I am moving back to chicago as well but a month after the interview. Will my interview go through? or will they send me back and reschedule it?
