EB2 NIW RFE response and EAD delay
submitted my EAD 204 days ago and tried expediting 83 days ago, but I haven’t heard anything back. Spoke to Tier 2 agent and she says be patient. I’m hopeful my I140 and I485 get approved so I won’t need the EAD.

EAD RENEWAL
My EAD expires in 10 days, I sent in renewal application 5 months ago, the only response I got since then is Receipt Notice and nothing else. Now my Job just called me to reverify my work authorization. what are my options?
I also got NOID on my I-130 which I just responded to back in September through my lawyer, also no response as at this time. Could this situation get in the way of getting my EAD RENEWAL approved? Any suggestions please. I have tried talking to a USCIS agent on the phone but the machine refused to get me through.

anyone has a similar case, I had my bio taken On the 24th… three days later the case was updated to ready to be scheduled for an interview? anyone has any idea on when my EAD will be here, it’s been longer than ever. or the interview
