Annoyed.
Why is it that everytime I call USCIS and wait over an hour to talk to someone, the call is “disconnected” ??
I have to be getting hung up on. I’ve waited over an hour to speak to someone, I get on the line with them for two minutes before they want to hang up. I don’t even want to call back and wait again, but I need to get information on my case. Don’t even suggest the chat, all they do is copy and paste the same information and send it over and over. The chat agents need to be put on the phone to help out. This has gone on for to long. Anyone else with this issue??

I am so surprised that I just got my interview letter in the mail for interview date on 10/27/2021 in San Jose office. however my FO is San Francisco based on my zip code. Marrige based.

I recieved a callback from Tier2 Officer!
After been waiting for 70 days since requested, I just been contacted by tier 2 officer. She replied with similar information that you'll get through Emma. I asked about when I765 will be processed and the standard "wait for 60 days" type of answr been given. That was my only hope to get a real update about my case after 11 month but that was a false hope. I'm back to waiting mode again....
September 2020 filer still waiting for interview
