at USCiS it took me 1 year and 1 month to receive the answer. they sent my process to the AAO. it should take 6 months to 2 years for the answer to arrive according to my lawyer.

after 6 months of waiting, the AAO reconsidered our case. and the process went back to immigration to decide. we are very happy. believe. God is Faithful.
