485 Approval after Medical RFE
Hi all,
My status has been RFER (RFE Received) for 53 days. The RFP was for Medical/i693 form. I’ve seen people getting approved within days or a few weeks of submitting. I beleive I can open SR at 60 day mark. Anyone waiting more that 60 days and filed an SR? Any insight and experience in similar situation welcome!

Our names are not on the house Lease .
So I am an African Immigrant ,I was married to A US citizens going to 3 years now . I have realized that most of the things she told me were all lies I had just found out that the house we are living in has non of my name or her name on the lease ....this is just one of the lies that I think will make a difference when we finally make it to the interview. Honestly,I am devastated and do not have a clue of how to follow up on this ...what do you guys think I should do? I will be coming back to read your comments that ks a whole lot .
Is anyone’s case being processed in Long Island FO?
From Southern California, and case submitted to NBC with receipt 21916*****.
Received medical RFE from Long Island FO in Holtsville, and sent it back a few weeks ago.
Weirdly, my status still showed fingerprint taken but not case transferred or Request for Evidence.
Is this normal? Is NBC or Long Island FO processing my case right now?

hi family,please has NVC DQ’d any recently? my pd is January 2020, got approved in June 2021 and case was sent to the department of state in 2021 too. my husband is a citizen. in August 2021 all fees were paid for and documents were sent to NVC. in November 2021, hubby was told to send more docs. it was sent 2 days later after message was received. as at now, we haven’t heard anything from them. 2020 is my pd. it’s frustrating. I want to upgrade my education but can’t cos I don’t want to take risks since fees paid are not refundable. Am a Ghanaian
some news of September cases adjusting in California at the benefit center office...
Someone with the same time, and have any answer after fingerprints at the end of OCTOBER ?. approved or work permit.

Applying for Husband who is a refugee abroad
I’m applying for my husband who is living abroad. I am in the USA with our son. My husband is a refugee in the country abroad and can’t leave his country without being restricted from coming back due to him being a refugee. Would my case be eligible for an expedite since he is a refugee? Has anyone else gone through something similar of applying for their spouse who is a refugee in another country?
