have a question
there is high chance that retrogression will be in next month in EB3 India and China, also cut off date for EB3 ROW!
I am just curious. If the retrogression happen, would USCIS started go back to process follow by Priority Date?
I would ask this question because some people who have PD in 2019 or 2020 waited more time than people with PD 2021 just because of 485 filing date late?
what would you guys think? USCIS said that process in order by receiving date, but it looks not
what do you thinking about my timeline?

To everyone who already got interview scheduled (AOS, Marriage to USC), did you see movement on I-130 before they scheduled your interview? For example, did your I-130 go to actively being reviewed or anything else before your I-485 moved on to interview stage?

My i130 has not been approved since April 2020 and I have also been placed in removal proceedings. There haven’t been any court date for me but I do check in with ICE. Is anyone facing this situation. I’m getting frustrated and worried. I have a lawyer who’s helping me out, anytime I speak with him, he tells me he can’t do anything about it since there haven’t been any approval of my i130.
An update at last… but…
seeing as we had an attorney help us file, and we were vigilant ourselves about how much information and evidence we provided, I am extremely curious what the RFE is for! Hubby is asleep in NJ and I’m awake in the Netherlands, so I can’t check he details until he accesses the online acct tomorrow, or receives the letter in the mail.
