What is Case Status Message Explorer?
I found Case Status Message Explorer suggesting percentages of, perhaps, my cases being processed. I'm wondering if this is just a general probability or it is specific to my case. I would deeply appreciate any volunteered clarity on this confusing explorer. Thank you
USPS Misdelivered my green card
USPS has misdelivered the priority package containing my green card to another block.USPS has issued a letter stating that it was misdelivered and has failed to retrieve it after two attempts.Do I need to still pay the fees for replacement green card in this situation? As the Status in both USPS AND USCIS both show that the card was delivered to me.
Kindly Advice.

n400 interview San Francisco filer
hi everyone, just got a message that uscis has scheduled my interview and sent a letter to me with more details on date and time.
I filed in November 2020, just a quick question, does anyone know when would be my interview if I received the update today by this app?

I filed my i-130 online in August 21 and sent the test of my AOS packet in October . my filing is considered concurrent filing so my question is which priority date do they consider for the whole package ?? 20 August 21 for I -130 and 12 October for i-131; i-765 and i-485?

Extremely Long Delay
Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced this long of a delay? Does anyone know what to do in such case?
I’ve submitted multiple outside of normal processing times requests but no reply whatsoever, and cannot get through to talk to a live agent.

cases moving ahead of ours
why are there so many cases being moved ahead of my I-130 application? submitted it in April, was in 35th place in December now back up to 41st. don’t understand how they’re not touching our case but others are moving ahead of ours… REALLY frustrating.

(F2A) I-130 filed for spouse of LPR on Feb 25,2020 Pending Decision. Case has been in review for 23 Months. California Service Center
I am an LPR. I filed the I-130 petition for my spouse on Feb 25,2020. I have not received an update yet. It says case is being reviews and a receipt notice has been sent. It’s been 23 months. When should I expect a decision/approval?
Is this safe to travel with approved travel document?
I got this from uscis
Before You Leave the United States
Please note the following information:
• Parole into the United States is not guaranteed. In all cases, a CBP officer must still inspect you at a port of entry to determine whether you are eligible to come into the United States according to the terms of this advance parole. Even though USCIS approved your advance parole, CBP may still refuse to parole you into the United States.
• Parole into the United States is not an “admission” into the U.S. If you have a pending Form I-485 and we deny it, you may be subject to removal proceedings for being inadmissible to the U.S.
• Unlawful Presence. If you leave the United States after being unlawfully present in the United States, you may be barred from admission even if you obtained advance parole. If you were unlawfully present in the United States for more than 180 days but less than one year and you leave the U.S. voluntarily before the start of removal proceedings, you are inadmissible for three years; if you were unlawfully present for one year or more, you are inadmissible for ten years.
THIS FORM IS NOT A VISA AND MAY NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF A VISA.
NOTICE: Although this application or petition has been approved, USCIS and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security reserve the right to verify this information before and/or after making a decision on your case so we can ensure that you have complied with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and other legal authorities. We will use the information obtained to determine whether you are eligible for the benefit you seek. If we find any derogatory information, we will follow the law in determining whether to provide you (and the legal representative listed on your Form G-28, if you submitted one) an opportunity to address that information before we make a formal decision on your case or start proceedings
