Traveling to Virgin Islands on H1 while waiting on spousal gc and travel parole
hi,
can someone please help me understand if I can travel to Virgin Islands and come back to the US? I am on a h1b (visa stamping pending) and am waiting for my spousal gc processing to start. we submitted the documentation for the green card in September of 2021 and have only received an acknowledgment from USCIS. will this affect the gc process?

Expedite request
Anyone with similar experience?
I filed for expedite request on Dec 28th ( healthcare worker however new application). My case was updated to "we received your response to our request for additional information regarding expedite processing of your Form I-765" yesterday.
However I never received any email for additional documents and haven't sent any additional documents yet. I spoke with live agent today who basically told me to wait for 7 more days before calling back. I am really confused. Does it mean that my expedite request will be likely denied?

My AOS green card is finally approved. It took 11 days from the date of interview to the date of approval. I want to thank this community for helping me through my process. I know many of you are still waiting, be sure to keep the faith and be patient. Your time will come sooner than later. My overall process took more than 600 days. See attached of my timeline.
Any July NBC filers getting EAD approved?
