Expedite denied but case is under review
I got an email that my request to expedite was denied, but my case is under review of an officer. Does anybody know how much time the processing takes when the case is assigned to an officer? Is this a good sign? Thanks!

I-765 biometrics applied 3/4/21 case still pending.
Anyone else still waiting this long to get case reviewed after biometrics. I have an approved C31. My 180 day extension expires 10/26. Lawfull showed I was 4th in line to have my case reviewed 3 weeks ago, now I'm 7th in line. I don't understand what this means... 1st time using this app btw. I'm a hospital employee, I work in neurosurgery and really don't want to lose my job. Can anyone shed some light please?

Public Charge Rule I-944 supporting docs still required in the interview?
dear mates, my interview has been scheduled for November (I-130-I485). Since the public charge rule is no longer in effect, does it mean I am not required to bring documentation for form I-944 declaration of self-sufficiency to the interview? or does the rule still apply to people who sent their application at the time when the Rule was in effect?
