Expedite EAD
Hello everyone!
I did my biometrics Dec 30th and requested expedite EAD via phone call the following day. Live agent said she would put in request and I should expect a response within the next 7days I also contacted my congressman and they said they send the request as well. I did a follow up phone call few days later and the agent told me that there has been no response to the request and it wasn't assigned to an officer and I should basically give it some more time. Several days passed and I contacted another agent through Emma on 10th . The agent told me that the service center hadn't responded to the request and that he was going to put in an request for a tier 2 officer to contact me with 72hr hours. I haven't heard anything since. Has anyone had any similar experience? What do you all think I should do at this point?
Bank statement and sponsorship for F1 visa
do you know if schools submit bank statements to USCIS?
i know that schools update I-20 to USCIS but how about bank statements?
i have 2 sponsors but when I filed change of status I filed only one sponsor and after a year when I updated i20 with school I used another sponsor’s bank statement. Now uscis ask for evidence. idk what i should explain 😕

Hey yall, is the expected decision date on this app really accurate? It os telling me my petition should be processed between May and July of this year. I submitted my petition at the end of November and got the NOA 1 about 2 days after I mailed my petition. How long do NOA 2 take normally?
EAD/Travel Permit Expedite
hello!
my husband came here in April on the K1. USCIS officially received our paperwork July 16th.
he had his biometrics on October 4th.
we put in an expedite request October 8th.
After requests for additional medical evidence for our situation, we were notified last Tuesday that our request was sent to the National Benefits Center for review.
today we received a request for additional evidence - proof of a job offer. They asked us to fax it over to them, so we immediately did.
Is this looking promising? How long does it usually take for them to notify us of their decision after they ask for the additional proof at the NBC?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Naturalization case is out of processing time for Albany office
Hi there,
I have applied for my naturalization back in April 2020 and got the receipt on April 13th, 2020. I only had my fingerprints no interview date yet. I have sent the 3 ex request no response yet. My case is way over the out-of-processing time. I reached out to Ombudsman they couldn't help because too many applications. Now I reached out to my US representative to seek assistant and they’re working on it. Do you think I’m in the right way. Any suggestions to make it faster. can't wait anymore

I tried “Ask Emma” today and connected to a live agent. She asked my full name, receipt number, mailing address, phone number or email address and then asked me how she can help. I said I have been waiting for 6 months for a work and travel permit and have not seen my family for a year so I am asking for help for an expedite. She said putting an expedite to a case means having an officer review the case. My case is already being actively reviewed so they cannot give me an expedite. Sharing for your reference.
