so I got a notice action to have my interview appointment date scheduled but now today I’ve been notified that my interview has been cancelled and may be rescheduled. What does that mean ?

hy guys i was applied asylum like 4 years ago i didn't receive any later from immigration or court house for hiring anybody know how long they take it.

My i130 has not been approved since April 2020 and I have also been placed in removal proceedings. There haven’t been any court date for me but I do check in with ICE. Is anyone facing this situation. I’m getting frustrated and worried. I have a lawyer who’s helping me out, anytime I speak with him, he tells me he can’t do anything about it since there haven’t been any approval of my i130.

I see people putting down they are an EB1 C or ROW etc. how do you know which you are? I know I am an EB1. Multi-National Manager / Executive and from UK.

An update at last… but…

seeing as we had an attorney help us file, and we were vigilant ourselves about how much information and evidence we provided, I am extremely curious what the RFE is for! Hubby is asleep in NJ and I’m awake in the Netherlands, so I can’t check he details until he accesses the online acct tomorrow, or receives the letter in the mail.
