does uscis ask medical report for RFE I485

any information help for me

I submitted joint sponsors I-864 but not from petitioning sponsor. In the RFE they requested they specifically want from the petitioning sponsor. (which i forgot to send). the petitioning sponsor’s income is not enough so I added a joint sponsor which I already submitted with the original packet. Do I have to submit both petitioning and joint sponsor now or just the petitioning? they did not specify in the RFE. any help is appreciated! thanks

@Abde Ali Hussain the RFE requested only the petitioning sponsor, I would send both but include a letter explaining it and make sure they know the joint sponsor was already submitted and this is a copy of the original

Thank you everyone for your comments. They requested petitioning sponsor in the RFE. since the petitioning sponsor has a low income below the minimum guidlines, we filed a joint sponsor but I submitted the joint sponsor with my original packet. For now, should I send the petitioning and joint sponsor again or just petitioning sponsor and explain in a letter that I already sent joint sponsor before? thanks

just send joint sponsor @abde ali Hussain the sponsor wage is too low so you would only send what the RFE is asking you to send in

@why are you asking my name? RFE is only asking for petitioning sponsor but since I already submitted joint sponsor earlier, should I only submit petitioning sponsor’s i-864 or resend joint sponsor’s I-864 again with the petitioning sponsor.
