i saw this in their website “Current case creation time frame: As of 10-JAN-2022, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 28-DEC-2021.”

Yeah it does say it takes upto 45 days but usually people get emails in 2 days after approval. yes my letter starts with IOE

@Rene Acosta i did search but have not hot any emails yet. its been 7 days now since i got the i-130 approved. but like @snow berry mentioned nvc is processing 28 December cases sent by Uscis as of now

@mohmaed i just got notification that my case was sent to Department of State afer 8 days of approval

@mohamed first it goes to Depart of state NVC for preprocessing and creates a case in their system. once the case is created they will send a welcome email. currently nvc has 2 weeks backlog

I just got an update from the USCIS website, it says “Case Was Sent To The Department of State” I think I will get the welcome letter soon
