do I have to provide anything to expedite it

I just received my EAD and advance parole today. It took 12 days. I expedited my case since I'm a healthcare worker. You'll need a reference letter from your employer stating that you work as a CNA, a copy of your CNA card and a copy of your I-765 receipt. I didn't pay anything.

I didn’t apply for a job yet I was waiting for my ead to process . should I start applying

When is the last time you worked? My job let me go in Nov because myEAD expired but I approached my employer and she able to write a reference letter for me.

I haven’t worked in the us yet. I have my Canadian documents

Maybe try applying for a job and use a job offer letter.

On December 28, 2021, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) began accepting expedite requests from qualifying healthcare workers with pending Employment Authorization Document (EAD) renewal applications (Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization). You may request expedited processing if: You are a qualifying healthcare worker (see the “Healthcare/Public Health” section on pages 7-9 of this Department of Homeland Security advisory memorandum to see if you qualify), and Your EAD will expire within 30 days or has already expired. Check this.

Sweetpea, was your ead within 30 days of expiration? what does the reference letter need to say? Mine expires in May and I’m wondering if I can send an expedite soon

all good I didn’t expedite. my case was approved this morning
