I got same - RFE for medicals - I sent them in and 2 days 485 was approved - good luck

my case was totally messed up due covid. I had an interview back in May 2021 - the officer didn’t have our i140 (it later transpired) so did t have a clue what we were doing there or anything. when I sued them it all came out in the wash and they lost my i140 so just handed me a white paper after interview saying “background checks pending” which is code for we have no idea what’s going on!!!! anyway the mandamus sorted it out - they found the i140, then asked for more medicals as ours expired then approved!
