why that much late? you had to send the renewal application 6 months ago! it takes about 1 year now to renew! which center? hopefully the national benefit center which is the fastest now

last year I sent the application 01/05 received the letter and text 01/29/21 and got the card 02/21/2021, they literally process my application 3 days after received the application, to me it looks fast.

did you pay to renew?because uscis sent back my $410 for ead

that was in the past klau....it is different now....i am waiting since March 29 2021 just to renew....are you aware of the uscis situation now.....by the way...the renewal application is free

when is for i-485 you don't pay is section c-9

emad T what application do you have and where? my lawyer adviced me not to send it with the usps that fedex will get fast attention

klau....i have c9 category based on approved 140....not true...usps is good as well....this is not your issue now!!@ the issue is that it takes now about 1 year to renew ur ead....ur attorney didt tell u!

it is truth, last year I sent my application via usps on 12/22/20 and then I send it via fedex 01/05/21 and got the receipt from the fedex packaged before they responded from the one I sent 2 weeks before, they must of got into 2 different office, they eventually dismissed one of the receipts once my ead was already produce and mailed. Received 01/13/2021 letter by mail 01/29/2021 delivered by usps 02/25/2021 I'm aware of the delay, hopefully you get your card soon , as I'm sure I will do too!!! ALL GOOD VIBES TO ALL!!!!

they proccess all the applications different as mine goes directly to the AOS box, wish u luck
