Ask Emma
I tried “Ask Emma” today and connected to a live agent. She asked my full name, receipt number, mailing address, phone number or email address and then asked me how she can help. I said I have been waiting for 6 months for a work and travel permit and have not seen my family for a year so I am asking for help for an expedite. She said putting an expedite to a case means having an officer review the case. My case is already being actively reviewed so they cannot give me an expedite. Sharing for your reference.

Emma is useless. I contacted them yesterday to my pending expedite request for more than a month. They provided default answer and then disconnected the chat without any chances for me to reply or ask.

yea also gave me some default answer like hey did you know you can check processing time using this website? and right after saying they cant expedite it just disconnected and I could not even reply back, that was kinda rude lol

I’m in the same as you , my pd is June 22 , and even having an emergency I haven’t been able to expedite it . it’s frustrating…

I did expidate my I 131 but I see by email in response that after carefully review your issues is best address's for uscis jurisdiction over your case if you believe your urgent send your humniturain response along with support doccoment
