Expedite EAD
Hello everyone! I did my biometrics Dec 30th and requested expedite EAD via phone call the following day. Live agent said she would put in request and I should expect a response within the next 7days I also contacted my congressman and they said they send the request as well. I did a follow up phone call few days later and the agent told me that there has been no response to the request and it wasn't assigned to an officer and I should basically give it some more time. Several days passed and I contacted another agent through Emma on 10th . The agent told me that the service center hadn't responded to the request and that he was going to put in an request for a tier 2 officer to contact me with 72hr hours. I haven't heard anything since. Has anyone had any similar experience? What do you all think I should do at this point?

I think give it the 72 hrs and they will probably call you
