hi, I didn’t receive a biometric appointment too (eac), I don’t know if it depends on the fact that I am a spouse with e1 visa waiting for i765 approval.. I saw and article online saying that they suspended biometric requests for this kind of visa.. don’t know if it’s true.. my case is June 4th 😣

Im adjusting status, b1 visa, spouse of USC. I just asked a live agent and they said “due to Covid we are experiencing delays, wait for a notice of action with your appointment”. thanks for nothing, uscis 🙄
