Any July NBC filers getting EAD approved?
Sounds like a few June filers are getting approved so eager to see if any July filers (like me) have got anything?

I found that case and tagged you @SS G! It was @stay positive with PD of July 12th getting EAD approved on Jan 5th - we dont know if they expedited

only EAD status has changed. I-131 (AP) still pending and also dependants (i765/131) also pending. only my i765 has changed to “card being produced” so that kinda worries me and hoping we get EAD/AP for the dependent as well

@SS G - you should see some change in your i-131 case as well in few days. I have seen couple of friends status changes in few days for 131. congratulations

guys - just to update, my EAD/AP changed to “case approved” on both today, when yesterday it was just EAD only with “card being produced” and no change to AP……what should I expect from this? can someone help?

My I-765 was received on June 16,2021 and biometrics completed on August 10,2021. I am still awaiting my EAD card.

My application was received by USCIS on June 16,2021. Not sure if there is anything wrong with my application. I did overcome an RFE in September 2021, if that means anything.

@V2 V looks like you’re same as me. I’m july 19 and still no update. I don’t see June July case been approved too much, lot of August,September and October are getting approve lately. i have friend who filed in October got a interview next month same service center and we live in same area. i feel like that should go orderly instead of randomly picking it.

I see people applying in Jan 2022 for EAD/AP and enjoying their combo cards by March 2022. same NBC center. looks like they are throwing dart.

yes, it’s kinda unfair who filed their case earlier and getting approval later then others.

I didn’t apply for combo card only ead and I applied july 15 and got it in my hand Jan 27. and just received and interview date last week

not sure if that has any effect on decision of EAD at NBC. there seems to be no rational reasoning the way USCIS is working
