I filed Feb. 2020.
I filed Feb. 2020. I have heard nothing about my case. I've emailed USCIS, called, emailed USCIS drop box, ombudsman for uscis, and even had my US Representative inquire. All they said it is still pending. Sent to Pontiac Center just sitting. No explanation and no additional information required. . Thinking of getting immigration attorney.

No movement for I-485
Is this normal that USCIS has not even made the case ready for interview? I see most of the family cases have the interview either already done or scheduled who filed around this time.
This is parent’s visa filed in Dec 2020 still says “Case received”

EAD Renewal taking too long
it’s been 11 months+ since I applied for my EAD renewal. I have tried reaching out to my congressman, tried expediting and have called USCIS countless times yet no result. is this normal or am I just unlucky?

Hey guys, it’s been 190 days now. No updates from USCIS. No medical RFE, no AP and EAD yet.
i know it’s still abundantly within the normal problem ceasing time, however I have noticed several filers who applied after me getting greened.
Any thoughts? thank you in advance

Case delaying
#Me and my wife have been very worried and frustrated this whole year. our application was submitted in last year July 2020, had my biometric for work permit done in Jan 2021, had my second biometric done for Permenat resident done in March 2021 and our interview was successfully done in May 2021, After our interview the woman who interviewed us told us our case is being reviewed and we will hear from them and we haven’t heard anything from them till now
Interview was held but status remain schedule was scheduled
hi all,
I’m a Brooklyn filer and just had my interview in Manhattan NY on 10/05/2021. I completed my interview already and the basic questions were asked. However, it has already been two days, the I-485 status remains “interview was scheduled”. I might be too concerned about it, but it really make upset to see nothing changed after the interview even though we both and my lawyer felt the interview went good.

Fingerprints to be retaken
So my husband (principal) got the green card last week. However, my case status (as dependent) did not change at that time. Today, I received a letter to take my fingerprints again. How common is this?. I had my fingerprints taken back in April. This is super frustrating...
