hi everyone what other resources (Whatsapp groups, apps, Telegram groups, PowerBI or Tableau dashboards etc) are you using? I’m part of two Telegram groups but the updates are pretty much from the Oct to Dec 2020 period, while I submitted my I-485 in August. Any help is appreciated. thanks

Any June 17 PD around?

I have seen many people before and after June 17 getting approved but I'm still at the same "case received". I-485 RFE for birth certificate recieved by USCIS on Oct 5th. No changes in I-131/765. it has been 7 months now. I have called and chatted with USCIS many time but they say it's normal processing but how come people after my series getting approved before me then they say its normal processing. I need to travel internationally asap but cant until I get approved. Cannot contact congressman because i dont have any hard evidence. NBC. Married USC. MSC2191535...

Prior to EB-1 spent 3 yrs on L-1A with a Global Fortune 500. Case raised to 2nd level officer 120821 after an inquiry of case outside normal processing times. Officer deferred to Texas SVC center which replied right before Xmas with boilerplate “delays… case in line for processing and adjudication” response. Lost multiple higher paying jobs as a result of this extended process…

background checks

hello people, asking for a friend here who attended emp based interview in Cleveland 5 months ago in eb1 category. after connecting with tier1 officer they say that the background check is going on and hence they can’t take a decision. what kind of background check would be carried out in emp based category when you have undergone finger printing and everything and how is it different from people who got their GCs so soon when interview was waived off for them . did they not undergo any background checks ? just exquisite.

Request for Evidence and Change of status

Please help My case was updated to “Request for Additional Evidence” on Jan 6: I chatted with Emma and a person said that they sent out a hard copy to my previous address which I still have access to bc it’s my host family’s. I have 2 questions: 1. How long does it take to receive a hard copy? I have been waiting for 5 days and I’m kinda nervous. 2. I changed address and notified USPS about this. idk why USCIS don’t update my new one. Is it possible to receive a physical copy at the previous one? I’m afraid that it might get lost or returned to USCIS. thank you for your assistance

RFE question; Parent of US citizen child born in America

hi guys thanks for all your help and advice in advance.I applied as a parent of a US citizen child born in America September 20 21 October 2021 my biometrics was scheduled, and completed. I got a message today that an RFeE request for evidence was issued despite receiving a message from them one month ago that all my forms and documentation is complete and nothing was pending so I’m wondering what could be generating an RFE.Have any of you guys had a similar kind of experience. I did not submit my Medicals so could that be the RFE I’m a bit surprised with this message.I’m surprised because after they receive all the documentation they sent me a message saying that everything was complete and there’s nothing pending so I’m thinking to myself if there’s any missing documents they would’ve raised at that time anyways just wondering if you folks can give any suggestions or advice I should be getting the RFE in the next couple of days and I’ll update you as soon as I get it

I expedite my i765 (C9) based on financial loss and job offer. After one month, USCIS said I should forward evidence. I forwarded evidence thesame day. It being 12days now, I haven’t heard any response. Is this normal? Please I need more information.
