I filed on January 3rd.

I heard back from USCIS this morning.

did you file through Emma? it seems they have reviewed and did not ask for any evidence. then it’s either been accepted or denied.

Yes, I asked through Emma. I work in Oil And Gas. How long does it take from this status to know the decision they made?

are you applying based in job offer?did they ask you for evidence? is your app with National Benefits center?

I don’t know what decision they made at this point. they didn’t ask for evidence. it took them 6 business days to replying back to me.

George, hopefully you see progress in your process. but there is a high chance of denial if you did not had strong reason to convince them and if they did not asked for evidence

I would suggest to chat with Emma and ask for status of your expedite. I don’t know how long it may take to reflect on your account. sometimes they do not update the cases.
