Request for Evidence and Change of status
Please help
My case was updated to “Request for Additional Evidence” on Jan 6: I chatted with Emma and a person said that they sent out a hard copy to my previous address which I still have access to bc it’s my host family’s.
I have 2 questions:
1. How long does it take to receive a hard copy? I have been waiting for 5 days and I’m kinda nervous.
2. I changed address and notified USPS about this. idk why USCIS don’t update my new one. Is it possible to receive a physical copy at the previous one? I’m afraid that it might get lost or returned to USCIS.

if you have a uscis account you should be able to check under documents and the rfe would tell you what its about

they don’t attach documents on my uscis account bc I applied by mail not online :(

i applied by mail and when i got an rfe they uploaded it to my uscis account i did paper filing

I submitted my RFE by UPS a month ago, but nothing uploaded to my USCIS account or no status updated online

I see USCIS date: 23rd Nov and I received 7th Dec
