Spouse refusing to attend AOS interview
Hello good people. My AOS adjustment interview is in 4 weeks. My spouse is refusing to attend this interview. She is putting me through hell. I got my EAD couple of days ago. Please what do I do ?

We’ve been married for 1 year. I don’t think I can attend by myself. Someone advised I go the vawa route because this is emotional abuse.

1yr is red flag. I advise you to find an attorney. If you can, try to get all the emotional abuses that you're suffering. Also, try to get a letter from friends and families about your marriage. But don't miss your interview. Go and tell the truth. But bring all support documents that you have.
