@Nina MR I had the interview at the Dallas field office, I believe they have my case, but it says the nbc has my case on the 130, 485 & 765 receipts. it’s so confusing and the wait is agonizing

when you have your interview your file goes to the Field office..I'm talking about maybe something unusual in the interview or something in your case who is not common
arrest,criminal records,age gap, different states, inmigration ban

my case is from Texas EB2, but I had my interview in Orlando December 2020. it has been 13 months and no response. I have tried everything and they don't respond even to ombudsman.
a curious fact is that all the requests are related to Texas, nothing about Orlando.
