Waiting for any response. Just got i-797c back in april 2021. Anyone has any info?
Hello. I filled petition for spouse back in march 2021, since then just got i-797c. At that time it showed me on my online account that my case is processing in Nebraska service centre. But their inquiry date is way far now from my receipt date and I didn’t hear anything yet on my case.
Is there anyone has anything relative or has any information about it. Thanks

It is probably not in Nebraska. you can call them or check with EMMA to find out where your case actually is. Initially, mine was also Nebraska but when I called, they said it is in Vermont. My priority date is 02/17/2021

Same here, but my case is in California as show in the bottom of letter. I though my case was in Nebraska because it was the information on my online account but I called them and it’s in California
