Interview scheduled update for my GC
Yesterday my EAD case updates to "New card is being produced" and Today, I woke up with another case update for my GC that an interview has been scheduled. I am very thankful for the updates 🥳 Don't lose hope and keep the faith. Patience is a virtue!

Service request after service request
USCIS received the I-765 application on Oct 29, 2020. Finger print completed on Mar 05. No status updates.
Submitted service request starting with SRxxxx on Sep 3, 2021 with the reason being outside normal processing time. They told that I can expect a response in 30 days.
Called them again on Oct 4 to check on it. Response was “Oh, you didn’t get any update. Let me create another request and we will update you in next 30 days” This ticket started with T1xxxx. I don’t know how many more 30 days I need to wait.
Anyone has an idea about the service request prefixes? SRxxxx vs T1xxxx? Does it mean they just moved to be handled by tier 1 officer? Any different response I can expect from the new request?

Service Request Response from USCIS ?!?!?
I submitted a SR on 09/29/2021 and received the below e-mail from USCIS today. Does anyone know what this means or is it just a generic response?
“The status of this service request is:
Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly”.

I got my interview done in houston office and I already had my i130 approved in 2019, it’s more than 2 years since our marriage and my spouse is a citizen
the lady who took our interview said it’s going to take 30 days for decision to be reached
it’s more than 30 days now and I don’t want to bother them since I am scared for them to deny my case or ask for a second interview
I remember she putting tick marks while asking me questions although I did get confused in some questions and she asked me the questions again to which I answered correctly and she tick marked
I’m really panicky as everyone around my got their greencard approvals in two to three weeks
should I involve a congressman ?
