I-130 Texas for parent
Receipt notice 10-03-2021. Anyone has any news on approval for parent? I know it's only been 3 months, just try to get an idea on the processing time. Thanks!

Did they transfer your case to Texas and then Vermont?

@alka alka Same here. I'm a US citizen and i filed I-130 for my parents 8 months ago and first both were at Nebraska SC but then changed to California SC(my father's case) and Potomac SC(my mother's case). It's "been actively reviewed" for the past 7 month's.

@nemokapi I filed 2 petitions and one was transferred to Texas and now one is in Vermont

i filed on july 8 2021 Nebraska service center. actively reviewing from November.. no any update after that.

Filed for parents receipt notice came from Texas but both transferred to California.
Pd is 26 may 2021 and is on actively rewiew on jun 14 2021

I filed for both my parents I-130 online. one is in Potomac and one is in Vermont. still waiting

so eventually my parent’s I-130 was at Nebraska. but when I received receipt number, on the bottom left corner the address was from Potomac and another one at Texas. does that mean cases are being handled by Potomac and Texas SC?
