Can you add a bit more detail to the RFE please? Company info and job responsibilities would’ve been provided at the time of filing I-140 initially, right? Did USCIS ask for more elaboration on it, or had you not provided it the first time?

@Alexis F yes I have provided all the info, my L1A renawl was approved based on that, , 140 ask for more support document. we just provided the most recent organization chart and company info as well as my responsibilities…

EB1C filed October 2020 concurrently Nebraska pending I140 and I485 BIO completed May 2021. no update since.

Had your job responsibilities changed since your time of filing to the time of RFE? Or was it exactly the same?
