Hamid kabo - unfortunately, there's nothing you can do but wait. there are people who filed in 2014 who are still waiting. and things got harsher in 2018 when the adminstration at the time made it so USCIS would now treat those cases on a last-comes-first basis. sometimes the asylum centers go back based on their workloads but no one knows how often that happens. keep being patient and be grateful that at least your EAD is renewed every 2 years. I wish I had better news but this is the reality we are in.

i’m April 2017 and my brother is May 2016 and nothing since except EADs as you said.. I don’t think they’re processing older cases at all

G K - they are, but at a slower pace now. I know someone from 2015 who got granted asylum not long ago.

I waited for 4 years before I got interviewed, and then got a very bad officer, he interviewed me for almost 1 hour then denied me and referred me to federal plaza, I waited another 2 year ma to get individual hearing and I was granted, and then waited for 1 year to apply for a GC. hang in there at lease you have a work permit to work
