Call USCIS?
Hello, I’m seeing people who applied for AOS through marriage in 2021 get approved. I’m feeling really anxious since I haven’t heard anything sine applying in 2020. my application is at the national benefits center and I’m guessing the field office is Washington D.C. Any words of encouragement? #virginiafiler

yes, I did. but that’s about to expire on March 7th. And now the renewal is taking just as long.

1) every case is different, and 2) you applied right when “are we getting funded or not for the rest of the year” happened… so the two together has just made your case longer.

I went to the interview with my wife 9 months ago but didn’t get any update until now. Just be patient.

@M B, I've been wondering why those that applied in 2020 are taking longer than those in 2021. Didn't know they had a funding issue.

I’ve been there. After 376 days they scheduled my interview. Hang in there and pray 🙏🏻
