after interview
i got interview dec 28th 21. i got approved on spot. interviewer said you will get green card. but still my case is same as interview was scheduled. my 2year anniversary is February 13th 2022. should i wair more? or should i call my field office?

is gonna too early if u call the field office now, I have someone who went for an interview in February 2019, and the interviewer told her congratulations, and she called me immediately she left the there, till now the case remain the same, I will advise u wait until Feb 10th after your wedding anniversary, maybe they wanna give u permanent residence. all the best

me too I got approved on the spot in San Bernardino she said I will have my green card within 6 weeks but it’s now been almost 3 months. status online also says interview notice sent it doesn’t even say I did the interview

@reem you see those lawyers they can't do anything, all that he or she will tell u to wait patiently until they will respond to u, I know they will give it to u, just continue to pray to be faster than the time u are expected

guys the approved on spot doesn't exist.the IO liying doesn't mean spot approved.

@Peter I saw a lot of cases saying approved on the spot and asking why after 5 months they are not having any GC .the IO can make you believe he /she will ,but they know exactly what they gonna do.actually when the IO doesn't say nothing you see a couple of hours later approved

@Anthony I don't recommend calling field office for asking.not even contact the IO or nothing.let they take a decision.if in 120 days you don't have an update you can call Uscis or chat Emma
